Q. Is there a minimum order size?

A. No. We'll come to your door twice per week regardless of the number of pieces you have for pick-up or delivery.

Q. Do I have to be there for pick-up or delivery?

A. No. We pick-up and deliver to the location of your choice. Most people choose a protected area such as a doorway or the inside of a garage. We pick-up the laundry bag or drop off the clean laundry at that location each time.

Q. Is there a monthly service fee or minimum charge?

A. No. You only pay for the services used.

Q. Are my clothes safe?

A. Yes. We guarantee their safety. We deliver only to covered areas and the clothing is protected by plastic covers so rain is never a problem.

Q. What happens during severe weather?

A. If severe weather will threaten the safety of your clothing we will hold your order for the next
delivery day. Special arrangements may be made for earlier delivery if needed.

Q. Are my clothes secure?

A. Yes. We guarantee their security. Other delivery companies leave packages at the door and there is no reason to expect that there will be a problem.

Q. Do you provide other services in addition to dry cleaning and laundry?

A. Yes. We provide tailor service and shoe repair. Attach a note to the article needing repair or
alteration and we will be happy to take care of it. Service and return delivery times vary according to the type of request made. Let us know if there is an urgent need for return of the item.

Q. Do you provide other cleaning services such as leather, drapery, and comforters?

A. Contact us directly for arrangements and pricing.
